When will we find out if we have been offered a space or not?
All applicants will be notified by phone and/or email by mid-February 2017 to be informed whether your child has been offered a spot or waitlisted. To secure a spot, families are asked to complete a new student package, along with non-refundable deposit and post-dated cheques, within days of being offered a space.

Can I still apply even if spaces are full?
Yes. Your child’s name will be added to the wait list according to the date your information is received. Should you wish to register your child(ren) for the current school year, please ask about spaces available by emailing the Registrar:

How are the classes filled?

After in-house registration is complete in early January and we know how many spaces are remaining, we will fill these with families who have priority registration. Then the classes will be filled on a first come first served basis. We strive for a class composition of equal numbers of girls and boys.

How many spaces are available each year?
It varies. There are 60 students in total. Three year olds are invited to join the 3’s only or 3/4 class and applications are accepted from 4 year olds to fill any vacancies that might arise from students not returning the following September.

Do we accept two year olds into our 3s program?

Yes, we do in some cases and depending on space availability in our current 3s class. Children turning three years of age by March 31st of that school year, may be eligible to enroll for a January start.
